Payment for all orders is made strictly in cash upon delivery. We do not accept credit cards, online payments, bank transfers, or any other electronic payment methods. Please ensure you have the correct amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery staff are not able to provide change.
7. Delivery
We deliver to all regions across New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect all items upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if you notice any damage.
8. Returns and Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. All sales are final unless the product is demonstrably faulty or incorrectly delivered.
